For the people of Chengdu, noodles are more than just a delicacy; they embody a sentiment and epitomize the rich culinary culture of the region. Our inspiration is drawn from a myriad of authentic and delectable noodle establishments in Chengdu, some of which have been perfecting their craft for over two decades. We have curated a selection of the most cherished dishes, including the beloved Sichuan dim sum, Ye Er Ba—a handcrafted mini roll filled with a spicy and subtly numbing ground pork sauce. Our venue promises to be a quintessential spot for immersing oneself in the gastronomic delights of Chengdu.
In addition, we are excited to announce that another storied handcrafted dim sum, Xiao Long Bao—also known as soup dumplings—will grace our menu with Shanghai style bao, further expanding the array of exquisite Chinese cuisine available to our patrons.
